What is the Ram Care Program?
The Ram Care program was designed to provide select Ram truck owners with exclusive 24/7 owner support and a unique package of benefits to enhance the ownership experience.
Does the Ram Care Program have rental coverage?
Ram Care membership benefits include an exclusive Ram vehicle owner support line, maintenance services, VIP treatment at Ram events, trip interruption protection, and first-day rental coverage. Ram Care plans are two years in duration, including four oil changes and four tire rotations to be used over the membership term.
How much does the rental cover allow for?
The Ram Care plan's First Day Rental Allowance offers a $35.00 car rental allowance when you have service performed on your Ram truck.
When does my Ram Care plan start?
Membership for Ram Care included as part of vehicle purchase begins on the vehicle's in-service date. For those who purchase Ram Care, membership starts on the date of membership purchase.
Is the Ram Care plan renewable?
Owners can renew their membership at their dealership. Owners who are opted to receive Ram Care communications will be given advance notice of their membership end date and instructions on renewal.
